Isabel Marant's spring collection strikes the perfect balance. There is a great contrast between hard and soft, mostly in the choice of textiles and colors. I love the light and airy feel of some of the lightweight fabrics juxtaposed against the heavier feel of the chunky sweaters and jackets. The red tie dye motorcycle jacket is a great reinterpretation of the leather trend that is everywhere for the fall. There are so many wearable pieces that could be singled out and worn with jeans or a white t. I appreciate the color palate here as well; some of the spring trends were too literal in their choices. This is another great collection.
