The Golden Globes are part alcohol induced social event, part egotistical grand-standing, part talent competition and most importantly, part fashion expedition. Each year the men and women of Hollywood take advantage of this stage to show their fashion prowess to the world. And on many occasions, they hit the mark. Lanvin, Jenny Packham, Zac Posen, and Prada were among some of my favorite designers, dressing some of the most beautiful women of the night. Elegant, clean and form-fitting, these dresses were flattering, lovely, exquisitely designed pieces that exemplify some of the greatest talent in the fashion world. And the actors who wore them aren't half bad...
