These are some of the most wonderful moments in fashion this week. I am entranced in the feeling of spring, as toes and ankles begin to emerge. I love the new found dedication to color, fit and form. This is arguably the best time of year; sweaters are still around, coats are lighter and leather can come back into play. Altogether, this is the beginning of a new season, a new self and a few knew clothes.
